COMANCHE — Funeral services for Alma Ellen Woolsey, 87, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. George Sievers officiating and Bro. Varence Dupre assisting. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the funeral home.

She died Monday, April 13, 2015, in Hamilton.

She was born on March 14, 1928, in West, to Robert W. and Ellen E. (Hicks) Johnson. In 1946, she married Albert Daniel Loyd Woolsey in Comanche. She was a member of United Pentecostal Church in Dublin.

Survivors include three sons, Loyd Woolsey and wife Eller of Carlton, Carl Woolsey and wife Misty of Comanche, and “Cowboy” Charles Woolsey and wife Janie of Stephenville; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Floyd Johnson of Hamilton; and two sisters, Sandra Kuykendall and husband Duane of Palacios, and Shirley Sullivan and husband Tommy of Hamilton.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one daughter, Beverly Marie Woolsey; three sons, Jerry Wayne Woolsey, Edwin Kimble Woolsey, and Kenneth Ray Woolsey; five brothers; and four sisters.
