Betty Ann Coffee, age 85, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. Funeral Services for Betty will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 2, in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00PM on Friday, July 1 at Heartland Funeral Home.

Betty was born to Willie and Thelma Moore on August 12, 1936 in Waco. She married Bobby J. Coffee on November 25, 1953 in Rockwall. Together, they attended Delwood Baptist Church and Greenwood Baptist Church in Midland. When they moved to Blanket, they attended the Blanket Baptist Church. Betty enjoyed playing bingo, visiting casinos, going “garage saling,” reading to her grandchildren, playing dominoes and card games, and every now and then the taste of a good margarita.

Betty is survived by her children, Ricky Coffee, Jimmy Coffee and wife Carla, Sheryl Hatley and husband Butch, Deborah Low, and Robert Coffee and wife Lesli; sister, Sadie Freedman; her grandchildren, Bobby Lynn and Teri, Casey Lynn and Tony, Timber and Rebecca, L.V. and Emily, Dakota and Meghan, Prissy and Brent, Mindy and Jake, Coby and Shmay, Heather, Hailey, Lori, and Kyler and Mikah, Chad, and Charity. She is also survived by countless great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Thelma Moore; husband, Bobby J. Coffee, and 6 siblings.
