Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Ribbon Cutting
The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, 508 N. Center in Brownwood. Fuzzy’s opened its doors next to Shaw’s Marketplace in May and has been a popular spot in Brownwood. It has a fun atmosphere, friendly staff, all-day breakfast, bajastyle tacos, Mexican eats, beer and margaritas. Fuzzy’s is owned and operated by the McCrane family who also own Shaw’s Marketplace next door. Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is open seven days a week. Call (325) 510-1999 for any questions or catering needs. Community prayer, music slated for courthouse lawn
An evening of community worship and prayer will be held outside the Brown County Courthouse from 7-9 p.m. Sunday, July 31.
Summer Reading Club visits airport
Children from the Brownwood Public Library’s Summer Reading Club walk up for a look at a firefighting plane Thursday morning at the Brownwood airport. The club had its summer finale at the airport and children were able to see airplanes up close as well as firefighting, law enforcement and lake patrol vehicles.
