BANGS — Bangs City Council members believe they’ve found the right person for the job of city administrator, a job that’s been vacant for 5 1/2 years. Council members unanimously agreed Tuesday night to offer the job to Llano City Manager Erica Berry, who is on vacation and has not yet indicated whether she will accept the job, Bangs Mayor Rick Phelps said.
