Howard Payne linebacker Kyle Bell was named American Southwest Conference Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in the Yellow Jackets’ 30-18 win last Saturday over the McMurry War Hawks. A graduate student HPU, Bell led all tacklers in the War Hawks-Jackets game with 15, including 11 solo stops.
