Armadillos are 4-0 for District 5-2A opener

The San Saba Armadillos have reestablished much of the formula they used to win 35 of 40 games from 2018-2020 to revive their football program this season. After finishing 2-9 last season, fourth-year San Saba head coach Andreas Aguirre has the Armadillos playing stingy defense, which was one of the factors that helped them advance to the state semifinals in 2018 and the quarterfinals in 2019.

May wins with passing game
