A Brownwood man was arrested Friday in Abilene when he showed up  thinking he was going to have sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl in exchange for cash, Abilene police said.
    Michael Kellum was charged with online solicitation of a minor and promotion of prostitution, police said.
    Kellum showed up in the 1300 block of South Bowie in Abilene, believing he would be meeting with the girl, police said. Kellum is free on bond.
