The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, May 30 for That Crane Store.

That Crane Store a main street boutique, originally opened in the west Texas town of Crane on Aug. 5, 2016. At the beginning of the new year, after a surge of online orders from Brown County residents, Amanda Scott and her family decided to move the boutique to Brownwood to better serve their growing customer base. Since opening the doors on March 1, Scott said that the young boutique has grown new wings and taken off with record setting sales.

In addition to popular lines of boutique clothing, shoes, accessories, custom T-shirts, they also carry J. Forks Designs-unique natural turquoise jewelry, LuBella Candle Company, Shabby Chick Natural Cleaning Supplies, and now offers in-house embroidery with the addition of Wilson & Co. Embroidery.

Amanda her husband Colt, daughters Paizlee and Blakely said “we want to thank each and every customer for their constant support and for making the decision to relocate an easy one!”

They are located at 112 W. Anderson and are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. They can be found on Facebook or call 325-642-9240 for more information.
