A Brownwood teen remained jailed Tuesday in lieu of $75,000 bond on an allegation that he forced a girl to have sex with him in his truck before driving her to a party.
Dustin Aguirre, 18, was arrested Friday on a warrant for sexual assault, Brown County Jail records state.
According to a complaint filed by Brownwood police detective Brian Rice in Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Doug Hurt’s office:
Police took a report in early August of an allegation that Aguirre had non-consensual sex with the girl. As part of the investigation, Rice learned Aguirre was alleged to have been sexually harassing the girl at their workplace. Aguirre gave his employer a handwritten statement about having sex with the girl, and the employer fired Aguirre and contacted law enforcement.
After the girl told Aguirre “no” and tried to push him away, he drove her to a party at an apartment, where he bragged about having sex with the girl in his truck, Rice’s complaint alleged.
