• Suspicious call,  agency assist — CR 334/Highway 377. Caller stated female walking in the ditch tried to flag him down. Officers unable to locate.

• Disorderly conduct — 1300 block of Early Boulevard. Male and female visiting their child acted inappropriately. Male got belligerent and walked away. Officers located male and issued disorderly conduct citation and advised not to return

• Medical emergency — 130 Sudderth, Lifeguard transported.

• Unwanted person — 1100 block of Early Boulevard, suspect struggled with officers, Pursuit began, causing an accident. Subject arrested on Ave H in Brownwood.

• Civil standby — 700 block of Gorman.

• Dog running loose – 100 block of Bonnie, aggressive dog. Owner located.

• Weapons offense — 100 block of Greentree Circle. Caller stated someone shot a pellet gun in caller’s direction. Unknown where it came from. Officer checked the area, unable to locate the shooter.

• Domestic disturbance — 130 Sudderth. Neighbor called in disturbance in an apartment. When officer arrived and began investigating, officers observed marijuana in plain view. Both male and female arrested for possession of marijuana. Assault report taken and will be investigated.

• Domestic disturbance, agency assist — Belfast Drive. Sheriff’s office requested female officer to assist.


Wednesday, April 25

• Medical emergency — 200 block of Northline, Air Evac transported.

• Suspicious — 300 block of Lucus. Vehicle in ditch. Vehicle tried turning around, got stuck in the ditch.

Hit and run — 100 block of Early Boulevard, suspect vehicle 18-wheeler. Vehicle located and stopped in Zephyr.

• Civil matter — 200 block of Hillcrest, options given.

• Criminal mischief — 100 block of Early Boulevard, caller stated someone tied female sanitary product to her car and tied a rag with urine on it to mirror.

• Civil matter — 900 block of Early Boulevard, caller had questions about child that ran away. Options provided.

Thursday, April 26

• Disorderly conduct — 100 block of Ross, subject given criminal trespass warning and left.

• Abandoned vehicle — 100 block of Northline, vehicle red tagged.

• Civil matter — 700 block of Garmon, Options given.

• Civil matter — 200 block of Hillcrest. Caller had question about a matter. Options given.

Friday, April 27

• Hit and run — 900 block of Early Boulevard, vehicle hit concrete barriers on Highway 183 South. Medical requested for driver.

• Reckless driver — South Highway 183. Vehicle weaving on highway, vehicle located and checked. Subject checked OK.

• Assault — 900 block of Early Boulevard, primary school. No one wanted to file charges.

• Agency assist — probation search. Subject Steven Victor Hudson violation of probations, possession of weapons and marijuana. Second subject possession of drug paraphernalia Steven Paul Hudson also arrested.

• Reckless driver – East Highway 377, 18-wheeler weaving on highway. Truck located and stopped. No issues.

• Parking violation — City Park. Citations issued

• Reckless driver — 300 block of Early Boulevard, vehicle almost hit guard rail. Officer unable to locate.

Saturday, April 28

• Parking violations — City Park. Citations issued

• Found property — 500 block of Early Boulevard, found wallet

• Loose livestock — Highway 183/CR 334. Agency assist.

• Theft — agency assist. Car burglarized in Brownwood, keys stolen. Officer was asked to check victim’s house. Officer checked the area, all OK, will patrol by.

• Suspicious — 130 Sudderth, two teenagers acting suspiciously. Officer unable to locate.

• Parking violations — City Park, citations issued.

• Weapons offense — Mistletoe Drive. Caller heard gunshots coming from behind property in county. Unable to locate source.

• Parking violations — City Park, citations issued.

• Reckless driver — C.C. Woodson, vehicle struck several objects, driving on rim and damaging highway. Airbags deployed on vehicle. Multiple agencies responding to located vehicle. DPS stopped vehicle, arrested DWI driver.

• Agency assist, domestic disturbance, all Brownwood Units tied up. Officers responded to assist with call. Scene held for BPD to arrive.

• Suspicious — 200 block of Eastover, someone knocking on doors.

Sunday, April 29

• Animal at large — 100 block of Garmon.

• Reckless driver — North Highway 183.  Officers checked the area, unable to locate.

• Accident, agency assist — CR 334. one-vehicle rollover. One injury. Lifeguard transported

• Medical emergency — 200 block of Park, Lifeguard transported.

• Domestic disturbance — 700 block of Highway 183 North, agency assist. Subject resisted officers, taser deployed two times. Subject arrested and taken to jail.

Monday, April 30

• Animal complaint — 200  block of Crescent, snake on front porch

• Unwanted person — 200 block of Sunnydale. Option provided. Suspect left.

• Citizens dispute — 100 block of Early Boulevard, subjects fighting in parking lot.

• Suspicious — 600 block of Early Boulevard, officer found gate open to business during night. Keyholder contacted.

• Welfare check — 200 block of East Hall Court, crisis line requested officer check welfare of female subject.
