Individuals indicted by the February session of the Brown County Grand Jury include a TrueCore Behavioral Solutions employee accused of improper sexual activity with a person in custody, and a man accused of committing four crimes in a three-day span.

The panel returned the indictment for improper sexual activity with a against Venus Leilani Anguay, 30, according to District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office.

Grand jurors also returned indictments for unauthorized use of a vehicle, burglary of a habitation, felon in possession of a firearm and burglary of a building against Jeffrey Willy Wayne Wagner, 22.

Wagner is accused of committing the offenses on Aug. 26 and Aug. 28, 2018.

Also indicted were:

Edward Lee Williams, endangering a child, assault family violence

Peter Acevedo, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — drug free zone

Scott Allen Coker, possession of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm

Taylor David Hart, possession of a controlled substance — drug free zone

Maxim Ivanovich Shorey, possession of a controlled substance

Emilio Raul Castorena, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, evidence tampering

Jeffrey Austin Andrews, indecency with a child 

Sabrina Renay Gatlin, possession of a controlled substance

Ruperto Alcala Negron, aggravated assault with deadly weapon
