An Early man was indicted on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and other charges in connection with four incidents between April and September of last year.

The January session of the Brown County Grand Jury returned two indictments for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, one indictment of assault family violence — occlusion and one indictment for evading arrest against Billy James Waddle Jr., 54, documents filed in Brown County District Clerk Cheryl Jones’ office state.

Waddle is accused by indictment of:

• April 5 — using a vehicle to flee from deputies.

• May 5 — causing injury to a family member by impeding her breathing.

• Aug. 2 — Hitting a man with a shovel.

• Sept. 24 — Pointing a gun at a family member.

Waddle is free on bonds totaling $155,000, Brown County Jail records state.

Bryan Turner, burglary of a habitation

Cheyenne Lilyan Wood, unauthorized use of a vehicle

Reid Darwin Phelps Jr., possession of a controlled substance

Tamarra Sue Bond, possession of a controlled substance

Casey Wade Parks, possession of a controlled substance

Amanda Carol rogers, possession of a controlled substance

Anthony Pederson, possession of a controlled substance

Byron Jeff Pyburn, possession of a controlled substance drug free zone

China Grace Mendenhall, possession of a controlled substance

Mykal Angelo Manzano, possession of a controlled substance drug free zone

Samantha Sheree Blackwell, AKA Samantha Wills, possession of a controlled substance

Ashlie Lashae Williams, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver/repeat offender

Eric Trevino, possession of a controlled substance,

Abel Patino Ledesma, prohibited substance in a correctional facility, possession of a controlled substance drug free zone

Brandon Ivan Lugo, injury to a child (two counts)
