Marvin Floyd Leck, 92, of Fort Worth and formerly of Brownwood, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016, in Fort Worth.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Evergreen Cemetery in Ballinger with Donnie Pinkston officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Marvin was born to Henry and Velma (Summers) Leck on March 16, 1923, in Rio Vista. Marvin served in the United States Army Air Corps from 1942-1945, during World War II. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Brownwood. Marvin retired from Lone Star Gas Company, where he worked for over 40 years.

Marvin is survived by his daughter, Jana Bader and husband John of Fort Worth; and one sister, Lorene Herridge of San Angelo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Velma Leck; wife, Martha Louise Leck; two sons, Eddy Floyd Leck and Larry Hugh Leck; and one sister, Dorothy Burks.
