COLEMAN — Graveside services for Audrey Elizabeth Whitfield, 88, of Odessa and former Coleman County resident, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Brown Ranch Cemetery in Fisk, Coleman County. Services are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home in Coleman.

She died Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Odessa Medical Center in Odessa. 

She was born on June 13, 1927 in Coleman County to Elwood Freeman Hamilton and Ruby McQueen Hamilton. On July 14, 1945, she married Bennie Clyde (Pat) Whitfield in Coleman. She worked in the cafeteria at various schools in Odessa. She worked for the Prude Ranch. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Brad Whitfield and wife Kelly,of Kopperl; son-in-law, Dale Kleam of Denver City; four brothers and sisters, Laverne Horn of Abilene, Joy Chennault of Louisiana, Mack Hamilton of Marble Falls and Ronnie Hamilton of Fisk; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Alton F. Hamilton; one daughter, Judy Kleam; and one grandson, Jasbo Whitfield.
