Services for Oyuky Delgado, 40, of Brownwood will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1 at Nueva Vida Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 31 at Davis-Morris Funeral Home.
Ms. Delgado passed away Monday, July 30, 2018 in Austin.
Oyuky was born May 11, 1978 in Tlahualilo Durango Mexico to Hector Delgado and Nellie Santacruz. She always put God first in her life, with family right after that. Oyuky was a beautician who loved to spend time drinking coffee and working out. She was a loving mother, sister, daughter and a great friend to all.
Those left to cherish her memories are her mother and stepfather, Nellie and Tony Gongora; father, Hector Delgado; children, Jossie Gongora and Lee Gongora; stepson, Mark Anthony (Hailey) Gongora; step-grandchildren, Trey Austin and Emma Gongora; father of her children, Mark Anthony Gongora Sr; brothers and sisters, Hector Arturo Delgado (Solange), Kikey Martinez (Juan Jr.), Zuzuky Delgado, Irwin Delgado, Paloma Rocha (Antonio), Hector Delgado and Christian Delgado; nieces and nephews, Esau Delgado, Randy Delgado, Emily Delgado, Abby Martinez, Andrew Martinez, Antonio Astorga and Yankeelly Delgado; stepbrother, Andrew Lee Gongora; and stepsister, Peggy Jean Gongora.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
