LaVada Reynolds, 38, passed from this life into the next, Saturday, March 9, 2019, at Shannon Medical Center, San Angelo.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at Haven of Hope Church located at 1617 Main Blvd. in Brownwood, with Pastor Brian Hall officiating. There will be a lunch before services at 11:30 a.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
LaVada was born to Rosetta June Lawson and Danny Craig Crouch on March 3, 1981, in Brownwood. She attended school in Brownwood and later moved to Abilene, where she was in the JROTC program at Abilene High School. She later joined the Army.
LaVada loved helping people, so she became a CNA early on in her life. She had a heart of gold, helping anyone, family, friend, or stranger. This was her way to give of herself. She had a love for music, which grew continuously. She enjoyed flowers of any kind, with her favorite being purple roses.
LaVada is survived by her husband, Stewart Reynolds; her mother, Rose Watson (William), of Brownwood; father, Danny Crouch (Debbie) of Colorado; her children: Timothy Ray Howard, Jessika Erryn Howard, both of Alta Vista, Arizona, and Adrian M. Anderson of Brownwood; sisters: Veronica Brazil (Shane), Texas, Paris and husband of Ohio; brother, Taylor (Rosie) of Brownwood; “Meme” Diane Guthrie of Brownwood; Granny Gracie of Brownwood; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Kimberly and Danny Crouch; her uncle, John W. Lawson Sr. and her grandparents, Vada and James Kelley, Foy E. and Earline Lawson, Ananelle and Kenneth Terrell.
