Graveside services for Weldon Lynn Pinson, 70, of Joshua, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, at Caddo Cemetery (6700 FM 1902, Joshua, TX) with friend Richard Hetzel officiating. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Monday morning at Mountain Valley Funeral Home (3407 SW Wilshire Blvd., Joshua, TX).

Mr. Pinson passed away Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019 at Texas Health Huguley Hospital in Fort Worth after a lengthy illness.

Lynn was born March 19, 1949 in Brownwood to Audie L. Pinson and Dorthy E.(Eoff) Pinson who preceded him in death.

Lynn was employed at 3M in Brownwood for 17 years before becoming owner of his own car business in Brownwood and then in Joshua. He knew just about everything about old knives and was an avid collector. He prided himself on being a Mason and was a member of Caddo Grove Masonic Lodge, No. 352 as a Master Mason. Masonic rites will be given at the services.

Survivors include his wife Evelyn Pinson of Joshua; son, Timothy Pinson and wife Lelia of Early; daughters, Audena Pinson of Granbury, and Kelli Fairchild of Burleson; his twin brother Glynn Pinson and wife Carrolyn of Early, and Junior Pinson and wife Debbie of Zephyr; his grandchildren, Amanda Pinson, Justin Carmack, Garrett Waters and Vincent Powley; four great grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

He will be missed by all.
