Brownwood - Wilda Beatrice Brandstetter, age 90, of Early passed away Monday, January 24, 2022, at home.

Celebration of Life for Wilda will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Blaylock Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Wilda was born on September 19, 1931, to William and Minnie Ola (Anderson) Knight in Mills County. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Brownwood until her health kept her from attending. She loved being outdoors, working in her yard and gardening. Wilda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt to all her nieces and nephews.

Wilda is survived by her children, Cathy Brandstetter of Rowlett, Shirl Gentry of Rowlett, and Stephen Brandstetter of Early; grandchildren, Michael Eric Brandstetter, Nathaniel Brandstetter, Robert Gentry, Ryan Gentry, and Roland Gentry; and 1 brother, Wade Knight of Georgetown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Brandstetter; a son, Danny Hubert Brandstetter; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers.
