On Aug. 24 at 7:30 p.m. Carl Frederick "Freddie" Daub left this world to be with his Heavenly Father. Freddie was born on Oct. 28, 1950 in Odessa, Texas to stepfather James and Hazel Karnes Stewart.
Freddie was my rock! He was and always will be the LOVE of my life with every moment I cherish the details of kindness, encouragement, intelligence, guidance, and playfulness. His Love for me was the deepest and our marriage was the happiest and truest partnership that was blessed upon myself and our family by God. Freddie enjoyed working at Whitesmine, South Park Development Center, Holiday Inn and a State Maintenance Supervisor at Camp Bowie Training Center. He served and loved his country through the Navy and 26 years in the Texas National Guard. His soul is in heaven and my heart breaks with each passing moment for his presence.
He is survived by his loving wife Pat Daub; son Jason Daub and family Denise, Brayden and Scott Daub; brothers Robert Daub, Jerry, Jimmy, and Dean Stewart and their spouses Helen Daub, Darlene, Janet, and Nancy Stewart; cousin Danny and Doylene Davis and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by parents James and Hazel Karnes Stewart and sisters Joyce Pierce, Terry and Cathrine Stewart.
To my angel of God, my guardian dear to God's love commits me here on earth. Each and every day be at my side, to light, to guard, to rule, and to guide. Let your spirit and soul be known to us with eternal Love I pray to thee.
