MAY — The No. 18 May Lady Tigers remained undefeated in District 18-A action Tuesday night, rolling to an 81-21 victory over the Blanket Lady Tigers.

May (21-4, 8-0) led 15-6 after one quarter, 43-12 at halftime and 61-14 through three periods.

Marilyn Infante led May with 21 points trailed by Kaylee Harris with 15, Kyndi Kilgo with 14, Reese Chambers with 13, Kelsey Chambers with eight, Roberta Robinette and Hannah McKenzie with four apiece and Blaise Greenfield with two.

Blanket (13-9, 2-6) received nine points from Cassie Furry, five from Shelby Smith, four from Bailey Hood, two from Kaitlyn Graham and one point from Mirian Marquez.

May visits Zephyr Friday while Blanket hosts Sidney.

 

Lady Dragons 49, Comanche 27

 

BANGS — The Bangs Lady Dragons improved to 4-6 in District 6-3A action and 9-19 on the season with a 49-27 home victory over Comanche Tuesday.

Bangs led Comanche (3-16, 1-9) by a 27-9 count at halftime and was never threatened in the second half.

Kyra Smith led the Lady Dragons with 14 points followed by Trenedi Deal with 12 and Jacee Miller with seven.

Bangs hosts Early at 6:30 p.m. Friday.

 

No. 9 Cisco 72, Lady Horns 38

 

EARLY – The Early Lady Horns slipped to 2-8 in District 6-3A action and 4-20 overall with a 72-38 home loss to No. 9 Cisco Tuesday night.

Taylor Summers scored 14 points for the Lady Horns followed by Vance Cady Gordon with seven, Ellie Ryan and Alexa Portillo with five each, Emily Jillson with three, Kacee Gober and Abbey Dolberry with two apiece and Kailee Love with one point.

Cisco improved to 10-0 in district and 23-2 overall with the win.
