Early Girls Softball Association meets tonight
The Early Girls Softball Association will hold a meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31 at the Early Small Business Incubator.
All coaches, assistant coaches and anyone interested in Early Girls Softball is encouraged to attend.

Early Booster Club meeting slated for 7 p.m. Thursday
The Early Athletic Booster Club will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1 in the Early High School Student Activity Center
Softball and baseball tournaments will be discussed, as well as other spring sports.
‘Spirit Week’ games for HPU hoops on Thursday, Saturday
‘Spirit Week’ has been announced for the the Howard Payne Lady Jackets and Yellow Jackets home basketball games on Thursday, Feb. 1 and Saturday, Feb. 3.
HPU will play Hardin-Simmons in a doubleheader on Thursday starting at 5:30 p.m., then face McMurry in two games on Saturday starting at 1 p.m.
Among the activities will be t-shirt drawings, halftime contests, PIPS performances and face and hair painting, along with a white-out Thursday and a blue-out Saturday.
Those two dates are also the final two Brown County schools’ games.
Any student that attends a Brown County elementary, junior high, middle school or high school will be able to attend these basketball games free of charge.
