Indictments returned for alleged sex offenses

A man and a woman were indicted for alleged sex offenses in unrelated cases.

The May session of the Brown County Grand Jury returned indictments for improper sexual activity with a person in custody and sexual assault of a child under 17 against Cailey Laughard, 23, records in Brown County District Clerk Cheryl Jones’ office state.

Laughard is accused in the indictments of having sexual contact with male residents at TrueCore Behavioral Solutions while working as a staff member there.

The grand jury returned indictments for possession of child pornograrphy and online solicitation of a minor against Hugo Lugo, 19, records state.

Lugo is accused in the indictments of:

• Possessing cell phone images of a person under 18 engaging in sexual conduct

• Having sexually explicit communication via Snap Chat or text messages with a person under 14.

Garrett Michal Johnson, assault family member violence — occlusion repeat offender

Dalton Ty Allen Crowder, sexual assault

Tonya Lee Mason, theft over $2,500 under $30,000

Marcus Dane Raines, escape

William Ray Carroll, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — drug free zone repeat offender/habitual offender

Katharine Marisa Durand AKA Katharine Marisa Lewis, unlawful use of criminal instrument, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — drug free zone repeat offender

Forrest Lee Pierce — evading arrest, evidence tampering, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — drug free zone

Troy Earl Crouch AKA Troy Early Crouch Jr., injury to elderly repeat offender

Michael Dale Baccus, deadly conduct

Joe Willie Zapata III, retaliation or obstruction

Joshua Lee Maldonado, fraudulent use or possession of identifying information

Irvin Lopez, continuous violence against the family

Reynaldo Mendoza, aggravated robbery, burglary of a habitation

Samuel Sanchez Jr., possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver — drug free zone repeat offender, two indictments for possession of a controlled substance

Brady Wayne Glover, possession of a controlled substance — drug free zone

Coy Lynn Welker, possession of a controlled substance — drug free zone, prohibited substance in a correctional facility

Clovis Aaron Binion, possession of a controlled substance

Brooklynn Michelle Hogrell, assault of a public servant (two counts)

Brooke Lynn Mancha, assault of a public servant (four counts), harassment of a public servant
