BHS to hold public performance of “The Mill on the Floss” One-Act Play

The Brownwood High School Theatre Department will be holding a public performance of their UIL Contest play entitled, The Mill on the Floss, Tuesday, March 25, at 7:30 p.m. in the Brownwood High School auditorium. The play is based on the novel with the same title written by George Elliot.

“This has been a truly challenging show for us,” said BHS theatre director, Larry Mathis. “We are doing some unique things with the show that are quite a risk, but we've really enjoyed the challenge. You never know, but we are very excited about the possibilities for this show. This is really good theatre by a gifted group of students.”

Shannon Parrish, Phillip Wakem ? Trey Fawcett, 2nd Maggie ? Faith Bailey, 3rd Maggie ? Sheyanne Cole and Stephen Guest ? Tanner Crow.
