Lady Horns blast Jim Ned, 15-4, for 6-2A softball victory

TUSCOLA — The Early Lady Horns rebounded from their first District 6-2A softball loss by blasting the Jim Ned Lady Indians, 15-4, Tuesday afternoon.

Offensively, Parker Smith sparked the Lady Horns with a 4-for-4 effort that included six RBIs. Janae Williams added three hits while Samantha Hernandez, Kassidy Allen and Beale Gordon chipped in two hits apiece.

In the circle, Allen allowed four runs on five hits with two strikeouts.

The Lady Horns (10-7, 3-1) return to 6-2A action at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18 when they host Wall.
