Brownwood’s Lyric Theatre will present Roald Dahl’s “Willy Wonka” in four shows this Saturday and Sunday. This adaptation of the classic “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” features tunes from the 1971 film starring Gene Wilder. Tickets for the show, running for only two days and sponsored by Dustin Larremore Agency-Farmers Insurance, are available online at brownwoodlyrictheatre.com. The presentation, directed by Dr. Nicholas Ewen, features a significant number of young performers. Cost is $20 for adults and $15 for students.
