Pratt, KS - Billie Fay Davis, 92, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, KS. She was born on June 28, 1929 in Hobart, Oklahoma, to Emmit Lee and Gracie Lee (Nelson) Evans. Billie graduated Hobert High School, Hobart Oklahoma in 1947. She worked for Elkview Hospital in Horbart, Ok as a cook. She was a member of The Pratt Baptist Church and the ladies guild. She loved to Watch T.V. and was an excellent cook. Billie was a very good seamstress and made a lot of her girls school clothes.

The Haviland City Council met April 13 at 7 p.m., beginning their meeting with an opening word of prayer from council member Steve Larsh. The council reviewed the minutes from the previous meeting and approved them unanimously.
