MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — A gunman who livestreamed himself driving around Memphis shooting at people, killing four and wounding three others in seemingly random attacks, was arrested after crashing a stolen car, police said early Thursday.
Mike Lee / Brownwood Bulletin Howard Payne kick returner Otis Lanier was named Special Teams Player of the Week in American Southwest Conference football after returning a punt 77 yards for a touchdown in Saturday’s 59-45 win over Texas Lutheran in the season and conference opener. Lanier, a senior from Houston, also returned two kickoffs for 44 yards and caught four passes for 32 yards, including a 20-yard touchdown reception.
