Firefighter, deputy receive First Responder of Quarter awards
Brownwood firefighter Steve Adkins and Brown County Sheriff’s deputy Saydie Bradley received First Responder of the Quarter awards at Monday’s meeting of the Brown County Commissioner’s Court. Brown County Emergency Management Coordinator Darrell Johnston presented Adkins and Bradley with their awards, and Dee Hart, a member of North Lake Community Church, presented the two with gift cards to United Supermarkets.
