September grand jury returns 31 indictments

The September session of the Brown County Grand Jury returned 31 indictments against 25 individuals, District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office reported. ‘The biggest gift I could get’

After a wildly successful debut Tuesday night, the Brownwood Music Band — comprised of six music students ages 9 to 14 — plans to learn more songs and look for more venues. Jackie Andersen, who teaches the students at the Jodie Armstrong’s Brownwood Music Store, started putting the band together in June.
