Brown County Emergency Assistance Registry announced

Do you or someone you know need assistance during times of an emergency event? The Public Health Emergency Preparedness office at the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department has created a registry that provides local preparedness planners community information regarding the needs of the citizens of Brown County. When an emergency occurs, emergency response officials will use the information submitted by the public to guide emergency response priorities to target individuals that require assistance.

‘Is anything too hard for the Lord?’

This was the question that the LORD had asked while visiting the tent of Abraham. Sarah, the wife of Abraham was apparently eavesdropping on the conversation that Abraham and God were having. Which, I think we all would have been doing if we were Sarah, I mean who wouldn’t have wanted to know what God had to say in that moment… As Sarah listened in closely, trying to be as secretive as she could, laughter began to flow out of her as she heard the words, “I will surely return to you about this time next year, and Sarah your wife shall have a son” (Gen. 18:9).
