City of Brownwood appoints Marshal McIntosh as City Manager 

The Brownwood City Council unanimously appointed Deputy City Manager Marshal McIntosh as the next City Manager for the City of Brownwood.  McIntosh represents a dynamic new generation of municipal leadership—combining forward-thinking innovation with over a decade of proven experience in public service.  Brownwood Mayor Stephen Haynes said that the decision reflects a desire for continuity of vision for the City.
