Hill updates commissioners on phone scam

Speaking in the Brown County Commissioners Court meeting Monday, Sheriff Vance Hill addressed a phone scam in which a caller falsely claims to be from the sheriff's office. The caller claims there is an arrest warrant for the person and demands money under threat of arrest.
